If your still struggling after watching this. You may want to find a hosting that allows you to install an entire WordPress blog plus database in an easier way that skips everthing up to the point of this video where it says Information Needed.
WebTechGlobal hosting for example has a WordPress installer, no need to mess around with files or manually creating a database. However, you should still try to learn what this video shows you so you understand how it all works.

Which file do i put my word press files on file zilla because iv put the word press files into the public_html file and when i type the link in to go to word press login page it comes up with a 404 error page (what am i doing wrong)?, thanks, tom!
